Formerly known as the Kiwanis Teen Film Festival, the Idaho Teen Film Festival is an annual showcase for teenage filmmakers in the state of Idaho to submit their original short films into competition for 6x Category Prizes and 1x Best in Show prize.

With the Festival under new management by the EAST IDAHO FALLS ROTARY CLUB, we are delighted to continue to provide a unique event for creative students to showcase their creative talents and connect with other aspiring filmmakers from around the State.

Prizes are as follows:     

Best in Show: $1000

Category Winners: $300 

 

Submissions are submitted online and due by midnight on APRIL 13TH 2024  See​ the detailed RULES for submission in the "SUBMIT YOUR FILM" tab.

The Film Festival is on MAY 4th 2024 at Hillcrest High School in Idaho Falls!

10:00 AM - 3:30 PM -- Filmmakers workshop taught by industry professionals where students have the opportunity to work hands-on with professional gear and learn a little about the craft of filmmaking!

 

5:30 PM -- Red Carpet photo ops and Limo Rides for filmmakers and their guests.

 

6:30 PM -- Screening of the prize-winning films at the Hillcrest High School Performing Arts Center.  Students will get to see their work on the big screen with a 4k projector and immersive sound.  There will be cool giveaways for those in attendance!
